Cuban Stories (2014) for flute, bass clarinet, viola and piano

Commissioned by and dedicated to Chamber Music Palisades in honor of their 17th anniversary year, Cuban Stories was composed after a week long trip to Cuba to visit this extraordinary, colorful, joyful, country in transition. The piece begins before the revolution, transitions through the revolution and comes out the other side with hope and progress. ca'10'
